2008: Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll • Played in six games on defense and special teams • Recorded tackles vs. Jacksonville and Dayton.
2007: Saw action in one contest against Valparaiso in the season finale.
Prep Years: Earned two letters in football under coach Howard Ballard at Dripping Springs High School • Named second-team all-district as a wide receiver and first-team all-district as a defensive back in his senior season • Team captain and team MVP in 2006 and set the school mark with a 102-yard kickoff return • Earned second-team all-district honors as a defensive back in 2005 • Also lettered in track and baseball • National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete and scholarship recipient • Four-time first-team academic all-district.
