Davidson College Announces Multi-Year Partnership with NIKE and BSN SPORTS

DAVIDSON – Davidson College has agreed to a multi-year partnership with sportswear giant NIKE and national distributor BSN SPORTS.
"We are thrilled to partner with NIKE and extend our relationship with BSN SPORTS," said Chris Clunie, Vice President and Director of Athletics. "Davidson Athletics will benefit from the strength and global reach of NIKE, the world's largest sportswear company. We have a long history with NIKE, a company that appreciates Davidson's commitment to doing athletics right and to excellence at the highest level. This partnership will support and expand our holistic approach to the scholar-athlete experience and greatly enhance the Wildcat brand locally, nationally and globally."
Davidson is rare among small, liberal arts colleges in playing Division I athletics, and NIKE's partnership will help as the college continues to compete at the highest levels in both academics and athletics.
As part of the partnership, BSN SPORTS will serve as the exclusive supplier of Davidson Athletics for NIKE uniforms, apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment.
"We're proud to continue helping Davidson bring their 'Athletics Done Right' mission to life for their student-athletes, faculty, staff, alumni and fans," said Todd Northrop, who serves as senior vice president of BSN SPORTS collegiate and pro select divisions.
