AIKEN, S.C. – Competing twice over its Spring Break swing, the Davidson men's golf team wrapped up play at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto hosted by USC Aiken Tuesday afternoon.
After heavy rain suspended play just shortly after noon yesterday, the 15 teams resumed the opening round Tuesday morning before concluding the event, which was shortened to 36 holes.
Joshua Stewart, who fired an even-par 70 in his final round, led the way for Wildcats finishing tied for 18th. Davidson finished ninth as a team.
Clemson, which had three players finish inside the Top-10, claimed the team title by five shots over the host Pacers.
Oscar Abrahamsson (USC Aiken) and Henric Bjelke (Campbell) shared individual medalist honors at two-under 138.
